Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked:Notification received in writing prior to October 2, 2007: Full refund less € 35 handling fee,
Notification received in writing from October 2, 2007 until November 2, 2007: 50% refund,
Cancellation received in writing from November 3, 2007: no refund.
