Conference Registration Fees

Fees for all registered Participants include: participation in scientific sessions,
printed material, coffee breaks, 2 quick lunches and an invitation to the
Get-together Reception.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Airmail post-marked* before July 15, 2002- full refund less 10% handling fee
Airmail post-marked* from July 16 to August 15 2002 - 50% refund
Airmail post-marked* after August 16, 2002 - no refund
*Faxed or electronically mailed

Payment
Payment for registration fees may be made as follows:

• by credit card
• by cheque payable to "HBV Consensus"
• by bank transfer to: "HBV Consensus" Credit Suisse Bank Geneva, Account No.465953-82-15 Swift No. CRESCHZZ12A

Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.

Please make sure to always indicate full name of the registered person(s) when sending a cheque or making a bank transfer.
