Conference registration and distribution of material will be made at the Registration and Hospitality Desk which will operate as follows:
Thursday, September 12, 2002 14:00-21:00 hours
Friday, September 13, 2002 07:30-18:00 hours
Saturday, September 14, 2002 08:00-16:00 hours

REGISTRATION FEES
If you have not yet paid your registration fees, please do so at your earliest convenience to ensure timely preparation of your material.

CONFERENCE KIT AND NAME BADGE
Upon registration, you will receive your personal kit containing the final program and book of manuscripts. Invitation to a cocktail party and personal name badge are to be found in your personal envelope. You are requested to wear your name badge to all conference functions and throughout sessions.

TRANSPORTATION
The personal name badge serves as a pass for free of charge bus transportation, all over the city.

SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
The first scientific session will take place on Friday, September 13, 2002 at 08:30 hours.
Please check the final program on the website for any updates / changes to scheduling of presentations.

COCKTAIL PARTY
Participants and accompanying persons are invited to the Car Museum Cocktail Party on Friday, September 13 at 19:00 hours.

INSURANCE
The Conference Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss, or damage to private property, of conference participants and accompanying persons, during or indirectly arising from the EASL International Consensus Conference on Hepatitis B. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
