REGISTRATION
The registration desk will be open at the Conference Center from Thursday, 12 September, 2002 at 14:00.

LANGUAGE
The official language of the conference is English

LETTER OF INVITATION
Upon request, the Secretariat will send a personal invitation to participate in the conference. It should be understood that such an invitation is only meant to help visitors to raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support and is not a notification that the abstract has been accepted for presentation.

VISAS
Some participants may require visas in order to enter Switzerland. Please check with your local travel agent.

CLOTHING
Informal for all occasions.
