Members are required to pre-register for the meeting and to pay registration
fees (see above) if they wish to attend the Postgraduate Course.
From April 1, 2005 and On Site, registration for members will cost Euro
50.
** Subject to valid membership from after October 14, 2004
*** Under 35 and in Training. Proof of age and status must be sent
with registration to the meeting secretariat. (Not part of bursary program).

Online registration is no longer possible.
Please register directly onsite at the registration desk at the Palais des Congrès from April 13, 2005 08:00am onwards.
The completed registration form together with the relevant payment must
be sent by February 10, 2005, in order to benefit from the reduced registration
fee. Thereafter the registration fees will be as published. Registration
may also be made on site.
Confirmation
As soon as the Secretariat has received the complete registration
form and the relevant payment, a written confirmation will be sent out.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Postmarked prior to February 10, 2005 - Full refund (less Euro 35 handling
fee)
Postmarked from February 11, 2005 - No refund
