The Palexpo Exhibition and Conference Center is located next to Geneva International Airport and served by railway and with a regular bus service from the city and direct motorway access.

The official language of the Meeting is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.

BADGES
All participants, accompanying persons and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their badges throughout the meeting in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and other scheduled activities.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants at the registration desk.

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
The organiser is not able to take any responsibility whatsoever for injury or damage involving persons and property during the meeting. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.

OFFICIAL LETTER OF INVITATIONS
Requests for letter of invitation must be sent to the Meeting Secretariat. This invitation is meant only to assist participants to raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organisers to provide any financial support.

FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Business lunches and coffee/tea during breaks are included in the registration fee.

EXHIBITION
A commercial and industrial exhibition will take place within the framework of the Meeting.
