Kenes International is the official travel agent for the 38th Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of the Liver, Geneva, Switzerland, July 3-6, 2003, and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.

Accommodation at special meeting rates is available at the following hotels:
Rates are based on 2003 prices and are quoted in CHF.

Rates quoted are per room, per night and include buffet breakfast, service charges and City tax.

BOOKING
In order to benefit from the special meeting rates, please use one of the following booking methods:

We strongly advise all meeting participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kenes International will not be able to guarantee rooms after June 2, 2003.

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied, alternatively please forward a deposit (1 night hotel accommodation in Swiss Francs) by credit card or bank transfer. (Details appear in the Accommodation Form).

For block bookings (more then 10 rooms) - companies are requested to send their request by fax or E-mail to: dwizen@kenes.com as different payment and cancellation policies apply.

PAYMENT
Payment for accommodation provided by Kenes International is payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Geneva. Kenes International accepts Travelers' Cheques, Euro Cheques, Bank Transfers, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express Credit cards

CANCELLATION OF ACCOMMODATION
Cancellations or changes must be received in writing to Kenes International. In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and the payment will be non-refundable.
For rooms cancelled 6 weeks prior to arrival, 1 night hotel cancellation will apply.
For rooms cancelled 3 weeks prior to arrival, 2 nights hotel cancellation will apply.
For rooms cancelled less then 3 weeks prior to arrival, full cancellation will apply.

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE HOTELS TO PALEXPO-
Participants will be entitled to free transportation on all Geneva local buses (TPG). This service will be provided to all meeting participants wearing the meeting badge when boarding the bus.
This service will be valid throughout the meeting, July 3-6, 2003.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Kenes International and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, for his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever or for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance is recommended.

Kenes International will endeavor to meet all accommodation requests. However, Kenes International reserves the right to change the requested hotel to one of a similar category if they are unable to confirm those offered.
